What is it about big machines ripping down a building that is so interesting?
Why would most people- young or old- want to operate that crane with the wrecking beam?

This building was never completed because of the economic downturn. Now real estate development is picking up so it is time for a fresh start.
Maybe the idea of a fresh start is what intrigues us?
Nope.
It's the power of the big machines. :)
