My Mom always approaches every day as a grand adventure. And every time I see her, I believe that I will part of her adventure. Her energy is contagious.

She has certainly loved me despite it all, sacrificed for me throughout my life and been my strength when I so needed her. She is all heart. She is in my heart.

But on top of all that, my Mom is fun. She is optimistic and makes me laugh.
I have so many great memories of "growing up together" -her words.

My Mom was admitted to the hospital today in severe pain. They suspect a narrowing in lumbar region pinching a nerve. MRI is later today.

I feel like an elephant is standing on my chest.
