Another experiment.

Not a good picture I know but then I was finishing it in the closing minutes of the day and so couldn't spend time getting better quality.

The shot on the right is a 50p piece taken with my 50mm lens at the closet it will focus (about 3 inches). The one on the left is the same shot taken with the times 2 converter. Still at the closest setting but I had to move the camera further away from the coin.

The rest of the day was busy, most of the daylight hours putting more weather protection on to the wood of the Lodge. The home for a quick meal Clickychick visited her Mum while I visited my brother. The out for our usual fortnightly night out together. Then back to take this desperation blip.
