Finally it is finished!

At last I have finished all the work that I had set myself to do. There was one task that I had not been expecting which involved a trip to Wellington for the necessary bit and it took longer than I had expected to fit but its done.

Not perhaps the best photo but it was 5.30 dark and wet. This little place has however taken up much of my time over the past 3 months and it has caused me much concern at times but determination and WINE have kept me going!

Tomorrow the keys go to my new neighbour and I hope that she is very happy in the little place.
