Kisses

I strolled along the river to Christmas market along Southbank at lunchtime after my appointment at the pain clinic today.

They are always reassuring at these appointments that I have... I just wish the pain would go away, at least for a little while. I have been in, what they call, chronic pain for around 3 years now. It all started with some pins and needles in my fingers shortly after we got married 4 years ago. Trying not to be moany, I'm just tired of it all now.

A big chocolate kiss was a welcome treat, but the calories were not. Never mind, needs must sometimes!

I bought one for N too but it got a bit squashed on the way home... am sure it will still taste nice.
