Community birth

We held our Open evening tonight, to promote community birth, ie homebirth and our local birth unit. Pregnant lady's came along to find out more. As part of the open evening we create (as best we can) a homebirth like area, with birthing pool, gentle music, twinkly lights etc.

I had to leave the event early, however, to go and support a lady having a community birth! I have an amazing job!
