Elegies

I went along tonight to the Dunblane Centre to see a few of my friends performing in "Elegies for Angles, Punks and Raving Queens".

This is a very different show from most musicals, largely made up of monologues or solo songs. The (rarely performed) show is inspired by the "Aids Quilt", and looks at the stories of victims of the AIDS epidemic.

It was rather nice to go to a show where I was neither performing nor photographing. The whole event was very powerful, with great performances and playing all round.
