Dough

A drookit ride in but a pleasant ride with Greg after getting the train back to Dunfermline, apart a couple of mis-turns trying to find the cycle path hidden among the houses. I'm still not sure I could find it again. But a nice five miles along the old railway track then up a stiff climb and, after missing another turn, dropping down into Culross and heading back along the coast road to cover 17 miles and fill ourselves with pasta.

This is what I expect to be the consistency of my legs tomorrow.
