Welcome to the sunny side

A full day of fieldwork today...I was not impressed when I woke up this morning because I could hear how heavy the rain was. Perfectly timed for spending the day in Cowley interviewing people...it was actually quite enjoyable, despite the bad weather. We split up into two groups with one heading to Templars Shopping Centre and the other (which I was in) on Cowley Road interviewing people about why they were in the area and their general opinions on the shopping. We even talked to some quite interesting people, one lady who had just left her job in London to travel around southern Africa - very cool!

Luckily we finished at around lunch time so came back to the centre, with the weather now clear skies and sunny by this point, and went to Brasenose for lunch. They have a cafe/sandwich bar place called Gerties which is an alternative to hall and it was delicious, such a nice lunch! I'm going to have to persuade Chloe to let me go again.

We went to Wahoo in the evening which was also very fun, it's not the best club but I always end up having a fantastic time, so it doesn't really matter too much. The mix of music is good for me too.
