Heady and noisy hum?

I've blipped this place before. Like much of Malvern it seems stuck in its own little time bubble. If you ever visit I can almost guarantee you'll hear this syrupy little number. Though I'd much prefer that to an equally banal but many times more irritating local commercial radio station.
