My new light came today. (13.95 on eBay - bargain!) I gave it a quick charge earlier and went out for a little ride up the hill this evening. My two most pertinent thoughts were: "I wonder if the little green light turning red means the battery is running low?" Followed by "I wonder if it would have been a good idea to bring my old light as a backup?"
Either I need to give it a proper charge... or it wasn't such a bargain.
Turns out the charger outputs 4.2v - for a 7.4v battery pack...
