Goldfish Under Ice

My gold fish [too many to save] are still alive on
under the frozen surface of ice on my small pond.

I saw them swimming so I went out to capture
this photo. Soon the oxygen level will be too
low in the water and they will die. I as sad,
but fatalistic. Sorry fishies!
