Loose Change

I don't know about you, but I hate carrying around loads of loose change - it is so heavy and bulky and apart from the small stuff I mostly pay by plastic these days anyway. However, small change can make a BIG change in other people's lives. Last night I sat and watched BBC's Children in Need - quite a lot of the programme was dross but other parts were very moving... mostly the bits about the real lives of children and their families. On the night Children in Need raised a record-breaking amount of £32.6 million and much more will come in subsequently. So if you have a pocket or purse full of loose change, why not put it in a collection bucket as you pass today and help make many thousands of children's lives that little bit better.
