Water for All

In behalf of all trees, flowers, and other living things, I give thanks for a rainy day. This is the dry season, and months can pass without a drop of moisture falling from the sky. The pounding of rain on metal roofs is like a symphony! Not only do all the plants get a drink, their leaves are clean and free of dust - for at least a day!

I tried to get a photo of the actual rain, but had to settle for drips from the roof and puddles on the deck.
