Waiting for the bus

Not that you can see a bus, but I took this while I was waiting at the bus stop this morning. I was awake early so got up and out with the boys and managed to get into town early enough to go to the supermarket before work.

At lunch time I met my friend Barbara and on her suggestion we went to Itsu which is a new 'healthy' restaurant. It's quick self service, so ideal for a working lunch and everything is lower fat and lower calorie, yet very tasty - I was very impressed and had a lovely pot of Thai Chicken for less than £5.00!

I then went to M & S to pick up a dress that I ordered online for our works' Christmas Party and then hopped on the bus back to the office and made it back just within the hour.

Tonight I went to Zumba after work, there were more people than last week and it was a great class. Slight problem when I got home though - Alan had disconnected the old tap to the kitchen sink to connect the new one we bought, but the fittings were different. It was too late to get to the DIY shop and the old tap was leaking so he had to turn the water off and struggled to refit the old tap as it was corroded. Fortunately, he managed to do it, although I can't use the tap, but at least it's not leaking and I was able to have a shower.

So it's been a bit of a messed up night and it's now 10pm, so I'd better go and tidy up, it'll soon be bedtime!
