patterns

After last night's dramas (see yesterday for the details) I was really tired (hence the backblip) and thought I'd sleep well but was disturbed by Mr Rat who is still suffering the after effects of his cold.
As a result we slept in a bit and had a rush to get grandson to nursery in time for breakfast. He didn't want to let me go but was soon persuaded by the plan for a walk to see the planes! (and apparently he was fine after that).
It was then a fairly busy day at work and no inspiration for a blip but yesterday's patterns must have been in my mind as I photographed this. Turning it monochrome has made it look metallic - it isn't.
Now for an early night.
