Remembrance.

A quiet day with only a short one hour meeting to go out for.

As it is the 11th I thought I would take a shot to mark Remembrance Day. Being a baby boomer you would expect I would have heard a lot about the second World War. This isn't so. My father was in a "reserved occupation" and so wasn't included in conscription. I only heard about my Uncles' war experiences at their funerals.

THis however doesn't prevent me empathising with all the families disrupted by war both past and present.
