Jelly Babies
We walked up onto one of the local moorlands today. The same one Mr PB a went up to yesterday, and we did see the Rough-Legged Buzzard but it was a long way off and I didn't feel like I could tick it on my life list when I could only take others' word for it that that was indeed a RLB. At the end of our walk, I looked more closely at a grassy area where there were quite a few fungi and was thrilled to find these Jelly Babies - Leotia lubrica - quite appropriate as Sheffield is the home of Bassett's Jelly Babies
