Coasthoppers
Had to wait 3 hours to get a signal to blip yesterday so trying to go for it quickly whilst I have one this evening. A grey day, and mostly drizzly so we decided to hop aboard the Coasthopper bus. We went to Fakeham first as we'd never been before. Don't think we'll be going again. We returned to Wells-next-the-Sea where we did a bit of shopping, had some lunch then attempted a walk by the harbour, but threw in the towel, as it started to rain heavily and we weren't wearing our all-weather gear. The harbour was full of Brent Geese, and there were quite a few other birds around, including some curlew. Like us, they were coasthopping. They spend the summer up on the moors near us raising their young, then head to the coast for the winter months. The forecast for tomorrow in better.
