Genoa sunset

After being on our feet all day yesterday and that long walk back from Portofina, we both felt knackered today...... but since we were only here for 3 days we walked a few more miles today around Genoa and visited some of the palaces. By late afternoon, we headed up to a high point to enjoy a view of the sunset. It was a good sunset, but with 3 cruise ships in the harbour, the scene was not the best. (Aren't they ugly!)

I loved how the evening sun brought out the colours in this building, with the long shadows from the planters.
