Generations...

This weekend I'm mainly doing family stuff. My sister is home from London for a couple of days so I've come down to Derry, where I grew up, to see her and my parents for the first time since Christmas. This means minimal photography time!

Today was also my cousin's little boy's 5th birthday, so we went along to his party to give him his present. His name's Joshua, and here he is with my granny who he and his mum live with. Though Josh calls her granny too, she's actually his great-grandmother. Unfortunately his mum's mum, my aunt, died when I was 12. In my mind she's still 34, so it's weird thinking of her as having grandchildren. I'm sure she would have been very proud of him :)
