Sleepy Sleepy

We all slept in this morning on account of little miss L was up at silly o'clock and jumped into our bed and wanted to talk for ages.

I had meetings in Falkirk this morning followed by Edinburgh which included lunch at a nice wee Italian at Shandwick Place.

A window of opportunity gave me 4 quick games of ten pin bowling and a catch up with the in laws who were also in bowling.
