Lovely drive down to Inverness today to pick G up from the airport. Cold start, but clear, and blue skies all the way. It really is a joy to travel through the highlands on days like these.. A bit of shopping in one of the supermarkets that didn't comment about prices going up if Scotland became independent, and then off to the airport..

Plane was late, but Tanni and I waited on a bench in the increasing cold. The car thermometer read -1.0 deg C in some places on the way back.

A meal in Ullapool, and back home for 8..
