Coaching Course day 2

Big change in the weather today - sunny and reasonably warm all day. Lots of practical work for the coaches – running jumping and throwing.

This is one of the coaches, an under 21 athlete who is a national level standard javelin thrower, providing a demonstration of a standing throw for the rest of the group. An enjoyable weekend with a mixed group of enthusiastic athletes, mums & dads with no experience of athletics, who all just want to become athletic coaches.
