'I MADE IT'.....................!!

One of my favourite treats out for Tea & Cake(if I feel like chocolate) is Millionaires Shortbread........!
So,......I actually Made It for the first time and you have to believe me when I tell you it is absolutely gorgeous.......I have never tasted anything as nice as it ..shop bought!!!!
I made the shortbread first and baked it......the shortbread was made with wheatflour & cornflour....but the recipe is for riceflour & cornflour....
(and especially for ~arkensiel this is gluten-free)!!
Then I made the caramel........now this is a downright lie.......
as the caramel was ready-made in a Nestle Carnation tin......
I think it's a new product!! at least I only found it on our supermarket shelf last week........but now that I have ......the possibilities are limitless.....
ooooooh......banoffi......salted caramel fudge......caramel cheesecake......need Igo on???????
Then I melted some Green & Blacks Milk Chocolate......and for anyone who hasn't tasted that ..it's the 'King' of chocolate.....
so, the end product is delicious.......!
Naughty....but oooooh so nice!!!
And for the hubby ...who I thought mightn't be keen on this ....
with the leftover melted choc I made some Rice Krispie Hearts....
and he said they were the nicest he'd ever tasted!!!!!
