'And Another Batch Made......!

And some of it has gone back to Cork already!!!
was under pressure to make my Chilli Jam as had been trying to find the time all last week.....got it made yesterday...labelled up this morning and S took some with her....I doubled my quantities this time and still didn't get enough....!!!!
this is so nice we eat it on everything!!!!!
So, aas soon as I see a 'Special Offer' on some nice plum toms...I'm going to buy 2 kilos and make lots more!!!
Dreadful day.....morning wasn't to bad and our builder almost got the tiles down before it started lashing rain on him.....
porch looking good now but it willtake a day or two for the tiles to dry!!!!
