Jolly Sedum

Well it is kind of jolly - a nice bright red colour amidst the detritus of the garden. The wild onion plants are already sprouting forth leaves in a copious manner - I am not amused! I also know that Resistance is Futile (to quote the Borg) as you can never truly get rid of them. Within two weeks, they will return.

A grey and grotty afternoon - the sunshine was very short lived. I have little energy today, but neither do hubby and son. The virus is trying to punch back at the moment I think, and we're all just hoping to be fit by Friday when we will be travelling up to stay on a farm near Sheffield (for a week which will include our son's graduation ceremony on the 20th). There will be no internet there, which is a bit of a pain. Why did I book this place?!
