Diary of an Edinburgher

Rugby!

This morning I noticed Archie turn towards the radio with a grumpy look on his face, and a little harrumph. A child's voice was on! Sooo... I think a bit of de-sensitisation is needed. I still have kids' songs from teaching, so he's going to be bombarded with squeaky renditions of Nelly the Elephant etc. If I can stand it!

The only one without a hacking cough now is Archie... This is getting a bit tedious. JR stayed in bed while I popped into St Mary's Cathedral to see this exhibit, which I've seen a few times on blip.

Funnily enough, I had the impression it was life sized, but the figures are only about 40cm high. I included a bit of the church background. Back home in time for an afternoon of wall to wall rugby - one good thing about winter!

C'mon The All Blacks! And that's not the traditional Scot-supporting-anyone-but-England (I'm not that shallow) - I lived in NZ for 25 years!
