Three Cyclists

An overcast day but some bright spells.

Just before lunch we got a text from my son asking if we would like to meet the family down at the Van Diner in Monifieth. They were going to cycle along the waterfront on the Green Circular Route (about 5 miles) and we would drive down. It is one of our favourite meeting points - especially as it is so near the estuary.

The photo is of our son and his two daughters - they do keep fit between running and cycling. I am afraid I still only have the energy to walk back to the car while the intrepid trio cycled the 5 miles home! Still, I started back on my static exercise bike this morning - a whole 2 minutes. Slowly, slowly is the name of the game.
