ALL ABOARD

not the most flattering photo...but this is Mum and I on our flight ready to fly to Athens.
A while ago Mum had said about how she loved to fly and wasn't sure she ever would be able to again so this opportunity for a short break to Athens seemed an ideal opportunity. (of course we are really here to sport The Rev who is doing the marathon on Sunday!!!

We had assisted boarding and it made it so much easier for everyone. The Rev was pleased we were first on the plane at Gatwick :), but nearly last off at Athens :(

Caught a bus straight to the hotel door....couldn't have been easier and have just enjoyed a meal at the rooftop restaurant.
