Church of St Lawrence, Bourton on the Water

I liked the way the 4pm setting sun was hitting the tower of the Church of St Lawrence in Bourton this afternoon. Apparently there has been a church on this site since 709AD. A Norman church was constructed in 1110 but has undergone many changes and rebuilding since then. The chancel of the current church was built in 1328 and remains today. I haven’t been inside yet but see many tourists popping in for a look so will pop in myself one day as I gather it is beautiful inside also.
