Guy Fox
I made a special detour this morning to see the graffiti commissioned for the cellar doors in East Market Street. Being Guy Gawkes day, this one made a particularly big impression on me.
I never fail to be impressed by how good with spray cans some of these graffiti artists are, forgetting the random louts who daub gang names and scribble on any clean wall they come across.
With another sunshiny windless day on offer, I got to grip with the rake and shovel to bag the deep pile of dead leaves which year after year find a resting place in the corner of the patio, while overhead a helicopter droned back and forth taking promotional photos of the site.
I wonder if there will be any shots of me and the shovel.
