Corridors of Power ...

I took this as I left The Scottish Parliament building this evening. The meeting I attended in one of the Committee Rooms was extremely productive. The architecture of this building grows on me with every visit. I had not appreciated, either, how important the design dynamic is to the political dialectic until this evening.

My only surprise was to see Christmas trees lit up here already. There should be a law about this .... should there not? How about no decs or trees until St Andrew's Day has been celebrated?!! Ha ha!

We have spent the day thanking our lucky stars and trying not to think too much of the what ifs about yesterday's trauma.

Happy 30th birthday wishes to our nephew Joe today.
