Had a gentle Sunday in the twin cities with the Jones family.

Enjoyed churchness US style - a lot less here to feed my prejudices than I'd expect, actually nothing to feed them this morning.

Endured the cut and thrust of watching the Vikings with the Chris and the big screen after lunch and then checked out the lakes in town as the sun set. There is much to this city than endears, I've had a few most excellent days with my good friends, and feel relaxed and re created for the business of the rest of the trip.

Moving on to y'all country tomorrow
