Bigger Trophy Cabinet Required

Please excuse me for being an overly proud parent for a moment but daughter Danielle has performed brilliantly this week at the National Baton Twirling Association (NBTA) Championships held in Torbay, South Devon.

Here she is in action with National Champion 1st place trophies for four different solo categories, a 2nd and 5th in other solo routines and a 2nd for her duet with partner Summer-Lea. She's put in so much work that it's well deserved and she's so modest with it too.

It's a bit sad in that she has to resign from the team this coming year so that she can concentrate on her studies during this last year at school. She will continue with her Majorettes competitions which in itself remains a lot of dedication.

Proud, proud parents.
