Fading Light

The lovely start to the day tempted me & the pooch to get out into the chill wind & aim for a longer (10mile) walk this morning - I had do something to make up for last nights over indulgence.
By the time we were half way round it was obvious that we'd be lucky to get back without getting wet - but these windy days often mean that the air quality is nice - and the bright relatively low sun made me think that this would be the best chance for a Blip today (especially as I know I'm coaching in the wall later).

I was particularly taken by these grasses - just a few green shoots left - but still looking fantastically colourful.
