Classic car? - Pack Trainers.

Set off with Liz to drive up to Beth in Gairloch.
The traffic was horrendous. After 2 hours on the road, we were still south of the Forth. (East Lothian - Bridge - 20 miles).
This unfortunate group were driving in their very old Mercedes - shiny black and lots of chrome. It did not enjoy the stop - start crawling along the link road to the bridge. It just stopped. They then started to push this great hulk of a car along the road. Nowhere to pull off, so I don't know where they could have ended up. Getting out to help wasn't an option either. This would have doubled the congestion.
Anyhoo, the road was fairly clear after the Bridge, and we only hit the wild stormy weather after Inverness.
Lots of frogs hopping across the rainy roads - impossible to avoid.
Quick footed badger trotted out onto the road, and it joined the late frogs I am afraid.
Got to Beths house and stayed up talking until 3 AM.
