Cycling!

The weather is beautiful if a little worryingly warm for October! Lucky for the kids because they were at Tennis camp this morning whilst I took Daddy to St. Alban's.

When I picked them up Will was asking (again) if he can do tennis. He has been told that yes he can, if he stops ballet and if that is his decision then tennis can start after Christmas but ballet will continue until Christmas. He had the same dilemma in the summer, but wasn't ready to stop ballet in order to do tennis. This time he seems more adamant about tennis and seems happy to stop ballet. I can't say that I won't be sad if he stops ballet, but starting was his choice and stopping will also be his choice. It also kind of makes sense in my head as I know that he hasn't got the innate ability and talent for ballet that Carys seems to have and the tennis coach has sung his praises so far, so watch this space.

After picking the kids up from tennis and then Daddy from St. Albans, we took advantage of the weather and went for a seven mile bike ride on the Greenway. It was lovely.

Party day tomorrow. Will we survive? That is the question!
