Maol Ruadh

I took Caley up the hill at the start of the Tesco/Asda delivery slot. Off-loading the shopping is much easier without his help. I thought I was going to get soaked but, far from it, we had a lovely dry walk. Ironically we couldn't see the hills on the south side of the valley because of the shafts of sunshine beaming down through openings in the clouds.
We continued across Maol Ruadh throwing the ball as we went and the views were lovely. I was expecting a text from Mrs SJR as soon as the van had come and we would make a swift return. A wee breakdown in communication and the text didn’t come. Apparently the shopping came five minutes after we left and our wander extended to about an hour and a half.

Mrs SJR and I had a quick coffee at the Roy Bridge PTA Halloween Coffee Morning and then Caley got a family walk at Achaderry.
