Hallowe'en

I've been out of the blip-habit since we got back from holiday last week; I just haven't been thinking about taking photos. I'll get back into it soon.

But this week we have carved pumpkins and done lots of cooking/baking. We've had friends to tea who we hadn't seen since our time in Brunei (they were our neighbours there) and have my brother-in-law, sister-in-law and Uncle Bob the Jack Russell staying tonight. The others have all gone to the City Hall tonight to see Kathryn Tickell in concert (Northumbrian piper), leaving me with dog and toddler, catching up with last week's Strictly Come Dancing. It's fine, I have wine and Nutella Cheesecake , I'm happy!
