Only Me !

Waking up this morning I knew what kind of day it was going to be. And I wasn't wrong. It's been a tough day, have felt so low and detached and teary.
I had a dream about ECT and I was telling Dad about it and asking his advice.

Headed up to Citizens Advice after a morning and early afternoon lying on the sofa. They didn't tell me anything I didn't know from looking online.
I have however got another appointment with them in a few weeks time with an employment specialist . I may then have had further communication with work and maybe know how likely January is.

My head is still buzzing with things. Life is easier when you are asleep.

Psychologist tomorrow......
