Spooky Pumpkins.....

We're having a few people over tomorrow for a Halloween supper. Roasted tomato and pumpkin soup with cheesy witches fingers, beef and ale pie with mustard mash, Halloween cupcakes and lots of wine. We're starting early, about 5pm. It's then that all the little kids in the neighbourhood come out dressed up to do their trick or treating. It's quite a big event where we live and I like that the little kids come round with parents and that they've made an effort.

So I'll be busy tomorrow cooking so I thought I'd do the pumpkins tonight so it would be one job less for tomorrow. I couldn't resist lighting them up to see if they were OK....
