Derelict? Might as well be!

These Calor cylinders, a type used by thousands of caravaners, have had a safety recall by the makers. All very commendable until you try to follow the instructions on the Calor website. In my case it listed five possible dealers for return but it turns out that none of these is authorised to do the exchange, this I only discovered after a fruitless car journey with the help of a sympathetic (but unauthorised) dealer.
So at the moment these cylinders are unusable and in my view derelict.
