Overhaul

This old Russian microscope has been kicking around for years. With winter coming on I thought it might be useful for taking some blips on days like today. It was not intended to be the subject but I soon discovered that the focus mechanism was locked solid with dried grease. Fixing this took most of the day, then we discovered that a minor leak from  our water filter had flooded a kitchen cupboard.
It's not Friday  the thirteenth is it?
