Good Therapy

Today has been awful.

Work meeting did not go well.
Went up to Kelly's after for support. Lewis was a distraction.
A two hour counselling session spent in tears.
I don't think I have cried so much in one day , I have such a headache and feel sick.
I have done lots of talking and crying but what I really want and need is a hug.
A tough night ahead I know.
