Moon up,Sun down

Today has been a wash out. Had to run junior farmerboab to school this morning after an appointment. Certainly picked the wrong day. Flooded roads,traffic jams,grid lock on the bypass. Not good for a country bumpkin.
Nipped to the soup lunch in the village hall. As much soup,bread ,cake and coffee as you like for £3.50. Cheaper than making my own lunch,and catch up on all the chat.
Then this afternoon,someone flicked a switch,the rain stopped like that and the sun came out.
May well be a frost by the look of tonight's sky.
