Ciabatta!

Thanks to K for the recipe that I used with reduced amounts because I wanted a smaller trial.
I also chickened out and used the bread maker to mix the starter dough (like pancake batter) and 15 hours later the final dough.
The back right loaf is part-cooked and is now in the freezer on test.
The other will get eaten tonight........
If all goes well it will be a full batch on Wednesday night.
