Mono Monday: Texture

A cold wet day with fine drizzle here and there, certainly not consistent but just a bit dreary. Pleased it wasn't like this yesterday for our day out.

A quick wander outside found me looking up at our cabbage tree and then the eye settling upon its gnarly trunk. I wonder how many bugs have travelled along these lines and ridges, texture indeed.
