251 [shortbread]

At work on Friday we were raising money for the British Heart Fountation's Wear Red Day. The campaign was to raise awareness of heart problems, and encourage healthy living, so we had a cake trolley come round the office (no, me neither!)

One of my purchases was a superb bit of shortbread, so I decided I'd give it a go... results are no hold - it's cooling just now - taste test for breakfast! :)

Today also saw the appearance of a huge crane in the Tesco car park, prompting lots of talk of Tesco redevelopment. (What, again?) Inside there are boards up talking about a redesign of the layout. Surely moving a few shelves doesn't need a humungous crane...?
