Clearing up

I went back down to the church late this afternoon to pick up my exhibits from yesterday's quilt exhibition. Less than an hour after the doors closed the church was almost back to its serene self. A few quilts remained to be collected and pieces of furniture returned to their rightful place.
In some places warning tapes had been stuck to the floor to protect both visitors and exhibits. When they were taken up they left a sticky mark which needed to be removed. The members worked hard for this exhibition, but their husbands did too!
